Responsible for facilitating user experience standards, as well as helping design products and applications using customer feedback and market trends.
- Creating an engaging user experience to increase customer satisfaction and considering product competitor.
- Developing design specifications using design rules and visual guidelines, as well as collaborating with internal teams to form cohesive concepts for the upcoming release.
- Actively leading the product team to establish and deploy an effective design process for APG.
- Next target will be, design evaluation with user feedback during testing to evolve the product.
