Step-4 UI Features & Feedback

My Role

I led the design of Apple CRM iOS version, by defining the end to end experience, focusing on easy connectivity,

data accessibility and data comparisons. 

I proposed the concept of user involvements with services and customer relationship by taking benefits of mobile connectivity.

Create Visual Assets

1- Define system architecture and Iterate navigation pattern

Workflow: Quotes creation and view, Opportunity workflow, Customer Accounts


2- Showcase UI concepts through wireframe.

e.g- Dashboard, User landing page, Account details


3- High fidelity mockup and finalize visual design assets.

e.g. Layout navigation and UI assets like buttons/icons etc.


4 Conducted multiple level testing on concepts iteration and final visual designs.

e.g. Find out the hierarchy of data, along with performance.
